Mystery Quilt #3
Clue #4

From your 9½" strip of Cream #2, cut one 9½" x 9½" square. Cut this square along both diagonals to make four (4) triangles as shown. Set aside for later.

From this same strip of Cream #2, cut off three (3) 8 7/8" sections. Then trim each piece to be a 8 7/8" x 8 7/8" square as shown.

Once squared, cut each square from the previous step along one diagonal to make six (6) triangles as shown. Set aside for later.

Pair one of your dark blue/light blue four-patches from Clue #1 with one of your red/light blue four-patches from Clue #2 as shown. Sew together and press towards the dark blue/light blue four-patch. Repeat for all remaining dark blue/light blue and red/light blue four-patches, making eight (8) units.

Pair together two units from the last step as shown. Sew together and press seam to one side. Repeat for all remaining units from the last step, making four (4) units.
