Quick Disconnect: Fittings

If you already have a cooling system with quick disconnect fittings installed in your race car, you will need to determine which end of the quick disconnect pair is present with your system so the corresponding mate can be installed on your CoolSeat.

Your system could have:
* Two Female Sockets (meaning you will need two Male Plugs on the CoolSeat hoses)
* Two Male Plugs (meaning you will need two Female Sockets on the CoolSeat hoses)
* One of each (meaning you will need one of each on the CoolSeat hoses)

If you do not have a system yet set up and will be making your own, I can provide both fittings for each hose. In this way, once you have created your setup, you will have all the needed hardware to be able to connect and disconnect from your system as needed.

Quick Disconnect: Locations

Depending on your setup, your cooling system might have been plumbed to have the cooling connections on the driver's left side, the driver's right side, or at the front center of the seat. Determine which setup you have so that the CoolSeat hoses can be routed appropriately.

If you do not have a cooling system set up yet, this is an important consideration to make as you decide how you are going to proceed. What will work best for your car, your team, and your cooling system?
