Cool Seat Order Form

CoolSeats are $350 each. This includes all materials and labor.

After filling out this form, I will contact you to confirm the details of your order. I may request photos of your seat and cooling setup to assist in confirming these details. Once we both are happy with all the details, I will send a Venmo invoice for 50% of the project fee. The balance will be due once the CoolSeat is finished.

If you are ordering from outside the Portland, OR area , your CoolSeat will have to be shipped to you. I prefer USPS Priority Flat Rate for shipping, so the current rate for a Medium Flat Rate Box will be added to your total.
